Healthy fruits and vegetables

In my travels I saw a small fruit vendor that had all kinds of fruits from apples, papayas, nancites jocotes, mango, granadillas and bananas just to mention some of the fresh fruits and vegetables.
Raspberries thrives in well-drained soil with a pH between 6 and with organic matter to assist in retaining water. They are rich in vitamins and mineral that can bust your energy. 

Pomegranates are loaded with healthy important nutrients. It contains hundreds of edible seeds, they are rich in fiber, vitamins minerals.

Jalapenos are a good source of vitamis C, A, K and potassium. It may also offer several health benefits like headaches, arthritis and prevents sinus infections.
