Strawberries could help reduce cholesterol levels, hypertension, inflammation and decreasing the spike in blood sugar.

Grapes contains about 90 calories and are packed with antioxidants plus vitamins C and K also a good carbs.

Asparagus is also know for its wide variety of antioxidants like vitamin C, E, beta carotene, zinc, manganese and selenium.
